Some people with Health problems and or Learning disabilities would rather live in their own home and have more control over the care they receive, as well as having more choice, supported living gives service users more independence and confidence. Whether they live alone and have visits throughout the day by Carers and or Nurses, or if they choose to have a live in carer, the choice is placed in their hands.
We will provide:
- Live in carers
- Support workers who can take the service users out for the day e.g. Drs appointments, cinema, a picnic or walk in the park
- Daily visits to keep them company.
- Respite for family members – we can take the service users on weekend breaks / holidays whilst the family can have a well deserved break. Or go along with the family and service user so that everyone can have a relaxing time knowing that everything is taken care of.
