Each month we choose 1 or 2 members of our staff – Health Care Assistants, RGNS, RMNS, or Team Leaders to be our stars of the month. We gather feedback from the care and nursing homes we send them to as well as their colleagues, we either take the winning candidates out to lunch or organise a special treat for them. We feel this is imperative to running a happy agency as when our staff members feel celebrated and appreciated they are happy and work harder. Once we go through the months feedback and decide on our Stars of the month we then let those staff members know and put it in our monthly newsletter so that all our members of staff and care home managers can see who is being celebrated.
