As you know Care isn’t a 9am – 5pm Job, we take pride in ourselves that our care is around the clock 24 / 7 and the service users we care for have the confidence that whenever they need us we are there.
We supply staff to Nursing homes, Care homes, Day centres and Private hospitals at all hours, Night time Care is maybe even more important as day time care as the service user has the confidence and peace of mind that there is always someone there when they need them.
Normally Night time care is checking on the service users, maybe administering medication, doing laundry, and being around just in case the service users need you. As well as this the shifts we usually send our Care, support workers and Nurses on finish around 8am, so part of their job is also to get the service user, bed bathed, washed, showered, or bathed – depending on personal choice and mobility.
