All of our Health Care Assistants, Nurses and Senior Carers / Team Leaders complete a thorough and robust recruitment process prior to supply, this includes;
- Full enhanced DBS
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in the care industry
- Completion of 8 mandatory training modules (refreshed annually)
- An in depth interview conducted by either our Office Manager or Nurse Manager
- Minimum of 2 professional references

This recruitment process is over and above the minimum standards that are set by the CQC and for our clients piece of mind, a profile will be supplied as part the service requirement.
Once they have gone through the recruitment process and are a HCA, Team leader, RMN or RGN for Blissful Healthcare we ensure they update their training regularly with either practical training, online training or training workshops.
